How long do engagements usually take?

It depends on scope, but most focused assessments run from 2 to 6 weeks, while larger programs and continuous operations are multi-quarter.

Can you work with fully remote teams?

Yes. Many of our clients are distributed. We design workshops, playbooks and HUDs to work just as well over remote channels.

Do you handle active incidents?

We can assist with active incidents depending on availability and fit. Mention "incident" in your subject line and include a brief summary.

What does a typical deliverable look like?
